Hi Kevin, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations, especially after paying for express delivery. To be fully transparent, it is possible that the items you ordered were temporarily out of stock at our local fulfillment center. In that case, to avoid cancelling or delaying your order further, we arranged shipment directly from our factory. We understand this caused confusion and did not match the delivery expectation, and we sincerely apologize for that. Please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number, and we will assist you with a refund of the shipping fee. Our team will also check your tracking status and make sure you receive proper support until the issue is resolved. We appreciate your patience and take your feedback seriously as we continue improving our stock availability, delivery communication, and customer experience.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m glad to hear the fit was good and that the glasses matched what you expected from the photos. The orange lens does give a warmer tint, so I appreciate you mentioning that for other customers too. Best regards, Kevin
