Very pleased with the sunglasses Delivery was on time and well packed. The quality of the lenses is excellent and they are very light and easy to wear - flexible. I bought 2 pairs with 1 pair free and I have given them to a friend who is delighted with them too . I can’t find any fault with them - I like the simplicity of the style and it’s all about the lenses for me - my eyes are susceptible to intense light sensitivity , even without sun exposure and I need to protect my eyes all year round. I can wear these all day without any discomfort. The price was a bargain compared to the more well known designer brands and in my opinion Rexshades are as good as the designer brands ( genuine glasses not fake ones) .

I recently ordered from Rexshades and honestly their service has been absolutely impeccable. Communication was clear, the ordering process was smooth, and everything on their end was handled brilliantly. They’re a company I genuinely want to keep using. My only reservation is their choice of delivery partner. My parcel was sent via Evri and unfortunately the experience was exactly what people have come to expect from them. Evri emailed me a delivery window of 3pm–5pm at 11:56am on the very day it was due, which meant I had to dash home from work to make sure the parcel wasn’t left somewhere random as they often do. Despite the stated window, the driver arrived at 2:07pm, knocked once and by the time I got to the door he had already disappeared. Their so‑called “three attempt policy” feels pointless when the drivers don’t actually wait long enough for anyone to answer. To be clear, this isn’t a reflection on Rexshades themselves — they’ve been absolutely brilliant. I just hope they consider switching to a more reliable delivery service, because their excellent customer care deserves better than Evri’s hit‑and‑run approach.
