Poor customer service
The shirt I received felt like a very thin/cheap material. The size was also way off. I tried to return it but they refused to refund my purchase and only offered a discount if I were to buy another shirt with them. Not a great way to retain customers in my opinion.

The only bad part was not being able to…
The only bad part was not being able to tell that the freakies were carrying weapons and using drugs until after it arrived. Not the company's fault, but be aware that the design may be different than it first seems. My shirt will be an expensive dust rag.

ALL OVER SHIRTS
I placed my order on June 4th and was told it had shipped on June 7th. As of today June 18th I still do not have 2 shirts from my order. There is nothing on this website that shows that ALL OVER SHIRTS are coming from VIETNAM and I really do not appreciate the delay. These shirts were supposed to be a Father's Day present for my husband so he could wear them to HeroesCon this weekend in Charlotte and they are still not hear. I am very frustrated with this company.

Using Stolen Art
This company is using art stolen by other artists, a simple google search of a dress I was about to buy from them brought me back to the original artist's social media. I would highly suggest doing a google image search of the item you'd like to purchase, then buying it directly from the original artist instead.

Not able to return product I'm unhappy with.
It was not clear to me that I can't return a dress I bought unless it's defective. Now I'm stuck with a $45 dress I don't want to wear due to feel of fabric (very polyester) and unflattering fit (despite using the sizing chart). Very upsetting. I won't buy again and I can't recommend any company that won't take back unworn unused product that could very easily be resold. This isn't good customer service. Edit: They sent me an email with a coupon for next purchase. But I won't be purchasing ever again from this company that doesn't offer even the bare minimum of a return policy.

Gigantic and ridiculous
This shirt is terrible. The cats in the print are literally 3” tall, and the fabric is paper-thin and cheap. My husband always wears a 2X in shirts, and this shirt is extremely oversized—the bottom of the shirt hits him at mid-thigh, which is much lower than where it’s supposed to fall. I contacted customer service and they won’t allow me to return this, so unfortunately I’m stuck with it. Please do not purchase this.

While the shirt is pretty well made. It’s kind of thin and I wonder how long the stitching will last, it is very true to size which is odd coming from an Asian Supplier. This company indicates that they ship from the United States. This is not true. I placed my order on March 7 and did not receive it Until March 24. All of the updates they sent said the exact same thing which was that it was in progress. While I like the product and the patterns, I will never do business with this company again because of what I perceive is deception.

I ordered $250 in shirts
I ordered $250 in shirts. Every one of them were massively oversized. I emailed them to try and get an exchange but never heard back. Very disappointed
