The quality of the shirts, using a polyester that does not breathe at all, ilI might be able to live with. The lack of response from customer service, the worst return policy and exchange policy in have ever seen are just the worst. Got one shirt a few years back, way too small. Got two more recently so I sized up and I now have some polyester Moo moos that are in wearable. Go find another licensed product that you will enjoy instead of wasting your time and money.

Nowhere on the web site does it mention that the products will be made on demand and shipping is thus slow. Also nowhere does it mention that they use another company to ship. They answer emails very late in the day which leads me to believe they are located in Europe or Asia. I ordered an item on June 15th they notified that they could not ship because Shop had no apartment number for me. I gave my address where I am living and my credit card is listed that was 2500 miles away from the address that this company, a third party lists as my home address. That is an old address that I am only at for a few months a year. It also seems it truncated the apartment number. I tried to contact them to change the address to no avail. I sent them the additional apartment number which will now need to be forwarded to me by my neighbor. But not to worry it still has not been shipped. The only notification I have a week later is that a label was created. This is too worrisome. The website shows shipping and production will taake 7 to 10 days. The PO is still awating the package it is now 6 business days after order. I doubt I will ever see this item .Here is th4e information from USPS it still has not been shipped almost 10 days later. My Husband didn't like the shirt. They won't let you return the shrit . They claim it is custom made. HA HA!!!! It was XL. You know that have a few shirt on hand that are S,M,L, and XL. Now I'm out of $39.94

I placed my order on June 6, 2026 for an All Saints shirt. it wasnt delivered to USPS until June 14. it now says it will be delivered by June 16. I live 6 hours from chicago and this order will have taken 10 days if i even receive it tomorrow. the delivery date has changed 3 times in the last two days.

The quality of the shirt was piss poor for it to be $40

Ordered shirts on May 18 and DHL says delivery on JUNE 9! Ordered 2 shirts for a trip...won't get them in time. I would not order from them. Their designs are interesting but 3 weeks via DHL is terrible

Shirts are good but I ordered one without knowing my wife ordered the shirt for me as a surprise. Once she told me, I contacted RewindEra immediately. Instead of canceling my order, customer service told me they couldn’t do anything about it because—get this—their cancellation policy allows you FOUR WHOLE HOURS to make changes. Mind you this was an order placed at 10pm eastern time and they were messaged at 8am eastern time the next day, before the shirt was “made” let alone shipped. They said the order was “locked out”, unfortunately I guess I’ll be “locked out” and buying RSVLTS instead.

I feel it is bait and switch. I ordered a button down shirt and received a light weight t-shirt. I would never have ordered it. When it arrived I was very disappointed but thought I miss ordered. I found the picture I took to keep just in case. Well, it wasn’t my mistake. I let them know I was disappointed and we will see if they make it right.
