Hi there, You’ve requested (3) PayPal payments over a few months totaling $40 USD, which were paid out promptly. Did you mean to write this review? UPDATE 1/8/24 @ 5pm: 1) Our payment schedule is public and PayPal payments go out every 4 hours. Time stamps show you were paid promptly. 2) You attempted offers on the offerwall Torox and they rejected your claims for missing XP, per the advertiser. This means both the offerwall and Reward XP don’t get paid, which isn’t the result anyone wants. We often escalate issues to our offerwall partners on the behalf of our members but this was not done in your case. 3) You have reached out to us *once* over email via Zendesk, and that request was handled by our support team. This is my first time interacting with you. We’re always open to constructive criticism. However, the information you have provided is false and I believe this review was not created in good faith.
