Website still has loads of bugs, but the customer service was great!
With regards to the customer service: Since a conversation with the client will be had regardless, I recommend having a simple way to show the client their available options during the real-time conversation.

First time points user
First time points user. The site was very easy to navigate and the follow up phone call from an actual person was most welcome. Hud took his time walking me through the process and he even offered advice on future purchases. I would definitely recommend

I subscribed a year ago for a trial
I subscribed a year ago for a trial. Never used it. Just renewed without my permission. I want to cancel. No where is there a telephone number or email address. I called my bank. They have no tel number or address either. I need a contact from Reward Stock to contact me. In order to post my review I have to agree to their terms and conditions below. Can't access the terms and conditions. Had to agree to get posted.

Easy to do and faster than they and I…
Easy to do and faster than they and I thought. However, I wish they would take into account baggage fees on the overall cost... Overall, I am excited to use them again for another trip!

Beware : Rewardstock automatically charges you
Once you sign REWARDSTOCK, they don't send any reminder or information and automatically renews your membership. That is so unlikely in this world today. I cancelled my membership with in 5 minutes of their charge and they refused to refund it citing that they have to maintain my record for next 1 year and hence the charge.

Horrible
I saw this on Shark Tank and immediately signed up. It was a complete waste of $39. I searched for multiple trips over the year and was offered nothing competitive. The best "deal" they found me was for 200,000 points for a continental US ticket. Great. Not. This was a complete waste of money. I've done the leg work myself and found tons of deals. This site was worthless, and I'm out $39.

Portland to Paris
I first saw RewardStock on Shark Tank and immediately when to their site. I checked out many of the reviews and signed up. They found me a One Way trip from Portland, OR to Paris, France for $5.60 using my Delta Skymiles. I saved $1419. Unbelievable!
