Rewards NetworkReviews of rewardsnetwork.com

This is a great tool for getting customers into your business for the first time or giving them a reason to choose your place rather than the competition who does not give them the rewards. It is also great to advance money if needed for cash flow or improvements. We are thankful for our collaboration with the Rewards Network program.

Donna Travisano is unbelievable. Helpful, patience and ALWAYS THERE when we have a question or need assistance. She is not a REP but a friend personally and to our establishment, Ristaurante Lucca! Words are inadequate to describe our appreciation.

Working with the rewards network has been a wonderful experience. Sarah has been so easy to work with and has personalized the experience to fit our needs. I would recommend to other colleagues and restaurant owners. 10/10

I know what you're thinking... "Rewards Network is taking my already-existing customers and charging a fee for their business." I believe that to be only partially true. Rewards Network offers a statistics database once you're onboarded, and you can see all repeat and new card swipes. If you think your repeat card swipes is a bad thing, consider this: Rewards Network is assisting in CUSTOMER RETENTION, incentivizing your guests to keep coming back and come back more often than any other restaurant. They are also assisting in customer attraction, bringing new customers into your restaurant. And finally, Rewards Network has a reviews feature, producing word-of-mouth marketing. So, you have New Customer Acquisition, Customer Retention, and Word-of-Mouth all for a very reasonable charge. If you're looking for effective marketing tactics besides Google/Meta Ads, Rewards Network is a great service to explore.

Our experience with Rewards Network has been positive. We look forward to continuing to partner with them regarding marketing and increasing sales.

I’ve been working with Sarah P through two campaigns now. Initially, I was not interested in the programs offered by Rewards Network, but once Sarah became the representative for my account, I gave it a whirl and the ROI has been incredible. The RN customer base has been loyal and engaged, and we have seen significant growth in top-line revenue since we started. My rep Sarah P actually traveled to my city to meet me and experience my restaurants, and the level of attentiveness and responsiveness, paired with Sarah’s desire to understand and meet my company’s needs, has been incomparable.

Clary's Cafe in Savannah has being using the rewards network program for years and always been easy and help full to gain and keep customers. Our last renewal by Sarah was just as easy and she had more information to share with us to utilize for the restaurant.

Sara and Farrah are great! Very helpful and informative and there to answer all your questions. Rewards Network has really helped our business out for almost 3 years now!
