My wife has severe hearing problems. Everytime we phoned their office in Kingston NY, we got prompt response. The care she received has gotten us back again and again. Phonak is the brand my wife used and , they don’t carry it but service it or mail it to Phonak for repair.

I have visited the Revolution Hearing office twice for follow-up appointments after receiving hearing aids. The office location is quite convenient and Amanda's professionalism is wonderful.

The service we’ve received has been outstanding. They are patient, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful- and they use quality products. We’ve worked with Ryan, Esther, Amanda and Carly- and they’ve all been excellent. I recommend this office.
