I was in and out in a half hour. The receptionist Robbin had helped me previously, when they were in between audiologists, and was very helpful. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction and I was shown the correct way to clean and maintain my hearing aids. I look forward to more productive appointments in the future.

The process from the hearing test to acquiring the hearing aids was quick and professional! However, and this is not against Revolution Hearing, but the hearing aids I purchased ($2800) don't really work. I was very disappointed...I do have hearing loss at high frequencies but I don't know if my hearing loss is really as bad as what some people say. I'm thinking as I get older the hearing loss will be worse and then the hearing aids may be of use.

My hearing aids working like I was told they would. I hear sounds I had been missing. I follow conversations easier. TV shows are easier to follow.

It hasn’t. I went in because I thought the hearing aid were to high. I was told that they were just right. They kept popping out and falling to the ground!! Now blue is dumb founded and the other is lost!!! I should have returned to the ones I had before!!!
