I was out on FMLA and was informed that a product i ordered a month before was on back order(never was informed through email or phone) and that I would no have it in time for my install.

I ordered my second system from them for our new house on the 16th of Oct, it is now the 4th of Nov, No system, no status updates, no response to any of my emails requesting status updates, no responses to messenger messages, no response to facebook post, just crickets. I wonder if I would get a response if I cancelled the order. They claim to have Lifetime Customer Service for their product, I am not convinced that is the case. Unfortunately I cannot review the product quality as I have no idea where it is or if I will ever see it.

I'm on my 3rd NVR for my system. You never know if it will work. Cops needed video of a guy getting hit and killed on his bicycle but I couldn't produce it because my NVR had malfunctioned again. Their "technical support" is a joke, at best.

I Called for a tech support, Person answered didnt even wants to know whats going on with the cameras. All he said i have to buy new DVR. i asked him, can you let me know if its dvr or Camera and he goes like, you may have to buy new dvr and new camera without trouble shooting the problem. very unhappy with the support

I had done a lot of research before making this purchase. I had read mixed reviews, but this seemed to be the best pick for what I needed. I made my purchase. I waited a week and it finally arrived. I then got it out and started reading through everything. The manual was huge and very confusing. I plugged in the disc into my computer, downloaded the software and what came up didn't look anything like what was in this huge book of crap. I finally got one camera to link, but it would basically capture a still frame and not move. Not exactly what I was expecting. I then called customer support. After over an hour on the phone (he was very nice but didn't seem very knowledgeable), he decided that I had received a bad board. He said he was going to send another one out immediately and send me a label to return this one. I received the label the next day but didn't hear anything about the system. I went to FedEx 12 days later (busy schedule) and when I realized that it had been that long and I hadn't received my new system, I called support back. They then told me that the system that I ordered was on backorder and they didn't know when it would be shipped out. I asked for a refund, to which this person said he would immediately put it through and I should see it on my card in 24-48 hours. 2 days later I called and was then told that I had to wait for my refund until the unit was checked back in and everything was there. None of this was ever communicated to me. Not that the system was on backorder, not that I had to wait for a refund, nothing. I'll never know if this product is worth anything, but I do know that their communication is not worth anything. One month of headaches and I still don't have a security system. All I can say is SAD.

Bought a wireless security system with 5 megapixel cameras. Picture quality is poor. Playback doesn’t even run smooth. Built with cheap internal parts.

I have written to customer service twice with no response.
