We have used Revo systems for approx. 10 years in 12 different commercial locations. Problems are rare. The units stand up well in high humidity and heat.

Their website to shop and buy the DVR had a good experience, though their support website when I was trying to look for the specs / user manual was a little clumsy. Overall I'd come back as this company seems to be the leader in the security space. Also hit a snag trying to use the Revo Remote Pro software on Windows, where "all server channels are being used" blocked me from re-adding a second DVR (wanted to re-add so name would update), even though I restarted that DVR and did a factory reset. Eventually found out that you have to remove all DVRs and then add them back in fresh.

Great product( Fair customer service.) I would give 5 stars but I had a hard time trying to get an answer or a returned call from customer service...

The equipment works great, although the audio from the cameras has a little hum all the time. My only real complaint is when I returned two cameras. After 3 weeks I had not received an acknowledgment or a refund, although I could see from the tracking number they had received the cameras. I called, and I was told to call a special number. The return to my credit card posted 1 hour after my call, which was with an unpleasant person. I got the feeling that if I hadn't called I would not have received a refund.
