Good customer service

Worst products in history of cameras. I pitched system that even they couldn’t troubleshoot, I was exchanged 2times. Still no luck. They sent what I was told an upgrade from other 2 , supposedly new unit. It hasn’t worked since arriving. My experience with Revo America. I wouldn’t purchase units from them for a alley cat fight.Spend. Your hard earned $$ somewhere for better quality products for a much better $.

Been trying to get an issue with the VPN so i can monitor cameras from mobile device. Each time i write a request for help, it does get answered eventually, but my reply to the questions they ask NEVER get answered till I start to 'yell' about a lack of service. Current issue has been going 11/12, with the last question asked by REVO and answered on 12/15. Still waiting for next question/step. Do NOT count on tech help if you can't figure it out yourself.

Sent an email to support, they replied asking for model, I replied and never heard back. A product is worthless without good support.

Orderd 3 100 foot cables, and never recieved product. What gives?

i have return your product for a refund 2 weeks ago. revo has recieved the package and i yet to recieve my rembursement on my card.the order number is rd00016879. looks like i will never order anything from revo.
