System seems fine. Didn't include remote and after checking with Revo, they don't have them and do not know when they will be available.. Hid the NVR which makes using the mouse very inconvenient. I have to climb and stand on a stool, reach in the cabinet and try to use the mouse.. Bummer

Reconciliation of previous issue was good. They could not find a solution to my cameras staying on IR even in bright light so they shipped out a newer HD system to replace it. After having new wiring ran by an installer who exclusively sells/installs REVO systems the new system is working great. Thanks for standing behind your product.

I had a great experience with the call center support team Mr Young went out of his way to help me with some kinks I had. I really appreciate his help. The camera quality is great and just plug them in and ready to go.

Awesome product. Manuel in sales is very knowledgable and helpful...Great guy! The only reason that I will not give 5 stars is because the products are lacking in specs and technical data. Try to find the size of a product or an up to date manual. Revo cameras really are a terrific product and now that I have ordered most of the different cameras I now have a feel for which products fit what applications. On the plus side they have allowed me to return products with no hassle.
