Product is great, but the website is not user friendly when it comes to support. I could not find information on my PTZ camera or a phone number to call for support. I could not get basic instructions or specs on my camera which does not come with the camera.

Very slow order shipping! I'm reviewing my purchase here but have NOT received my order. Your shipping needs review... This has always been a problem. Also, a signature is needed for delivery! Difficult. Get orders from all the world, but anything from revo is always a pain! Looking to purchase revo cameras from anywhere else!

We do apologize that there was a delay in your shipping. Anything ordered by 2:30 pm CST will ship same day and wants the package is in the Fed-Ex system, we can't control how long it takes your package to reach you. We have a guide line of an estimated time that we use from Fed-Ex that we give to our customers, but no guarantee when it comes to the transporting. Again we do apologize for your delayed shipment.

Unable access remotely due to revo america's use of internet explorer as its only browser. Internet explorer is such an old browser that one can not even download it.
