Excellent customer service they were polite and patient

Revo America has quality products and it is a company that owns if there is a problem with their equipment, no excuses. I ordered a four 5MP security camera set that works wonderful then I added another camera that did not perform as stated and right away started the process to replace it. That’s good customer service. I will continue to expand this set with them. thanks

I am a member of the Home Depot Seeds program and I received the Revo wireless with 2 cameras. I had a heck of a time trying to get this to work, and I have 40 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN it AS A SYSTEMS PROGRAMMER. I believe that the documentation could be vastly improved at the very least. I called support and Adarius was assigned to assist. He went well out of his way to get me going on my phone connection, as well as assisting with setting me up on my home computer to be able to do Livestreaming. I am more that satisfied, even impressed, with the level of expertise in your support group.

The set up was easy and simple. I had problems with getting the mobile app to connect for remote viewing. Contacted tech support who helped me check all the connections and set up a different port which now allows me to view the cameras from my phone anywhere. The service and quality of the cameras is great.
