channel #1 is dim. the video output is not sharp and clear.

We’ve been really happy with our REVO systems over the years. Had the first one for 8 years and just upgraded. The only negative feedback I have is that the new system we just bought did not come with audio capable cameras. Who wouldn’t want audio?? Because of this, I had to buy all new cameras from REVO directly because they don’t sell audio capable cameras to outside retailers. I’m now left with a bunch of worthless cameras that I can’t really do anything with. Super annoying, but the system really is nice and very plug and play, so we’ll continue to use REVO products.

The order was delayed for at least two weeks without me being notified. I actually began a scan of my payment process to see if I was charged and perhaps the item was lost in the delivery process. I finally received the item two days ago and I haven't had the opportunity to try it out or activate it's functionality. My past experience with REVO has been very positive.

Great product! had one minor issue of a missing power cord, but I contacted them and they sent one out ASAP.

Over all the equipment is great. I wish there would have been a way to get cable shorted than 60 feet in length. (25 feet would be great). The only point that I did not like was that after I made my first purchase by phone I could not reach a live body. Waiting on hold for over an hour each time and once took the option of a call back that I did not get. I understand about the the nation wide illness but if the company was closed because of it...just say that.

I love the system. I have 2 complaints the mounting comes disconnected from the camera and then it will not screw back on. Had to superglue them. The other is I purchased wireless cameras to go with my system They were easy to install. However, the power cable is a little shorter than I would like. The picture quality is not as good but overall. This is a nice affordable system.

Great price, easy install, flawless performance. Only hiccup was the internet connection, but customer service solved that painlessly as promised. Have previously installed four at business's and finally one at my home.... Git you one!
