I spoke to customer service and the man I spoke to seemed knowledgeable about getting cameras I can use outdoors that go with my DVR. He was going to look up the information for me and call me back so that I could place an order; however, that was several days ago, and I don't have a record of getting a callback or email with the information I requested yet.

DVR and cameras are pretty good quality. All other aspects of REVO fall short. Shipping is outrageous ($13.00) for the smallest part and still took 5 days. Techs were very helpful.

First this could have easily been a 5 star, however, love the camera’s but no instructions to pair, or field of view . Other than that a solid 5

Cameras are good, and the recording software is reliable enough, but the customer support is almost non-existent (no replies to online requests 2 weeks later), and the software is dated (still uses ActiveX technology, long killed off by Microsoft).

This system works great when it works. However, if the internet goes down (even for a short period of time), the system needs to be rebooted. That would not that big of a deal but we have to homes and a big problem rebooting system at the home we are not at.

Bought Rivo wireless. Cameras are excellent, but the wireless hardware is slow and the mobile app hangs often. The is very basic desktop support. A bit disappointing for the potential the system has.

The products are great, and customer service was top notch when our company first began using Revo, but at the last few installs I have had problems getting in touch with customer service and get a call back when I leave a message.
