The equipment keeps turning off and freezing. I try to rest my password for the website to ask some questions and it kept denying me access.

could never get the system to work right called numerous times ask for help sent numerous emails they could not help me, they said. I threw the system away and bought from a different company. Notice they don't offer to get my money back in there reply. Funny

my dvr started jumping now I have 12 cameras and no box to plug them to. The box itself runs well over $200. Would you guys tell me where I can sell the cameras?

We do apologize that you were having such issues, but looks like we offered for you to ship the box in for service and offered a refurbished unit for $150. The DVR box can be replaced.. Please contact us so that we can get this resolved.

I had a revo analog system which lasted for about 8+ years until I accident my broke it. I then was going to buy the same model but I did not; I decided to buy what I thought was going to be a better system, an hd system very expensive, 3k+. The cámaras started going out one by one leaving me 3 cameras from a total of 10. Each camera has a cost of 299.00+. I had to pay shipment for each camera so I decided not to do so. Right now I only have 1 camera left. Watch out for those HD systems.

Bought a system that doesn't work. No support after I bought the system and paid about $10,000 for everything. System lasted a year and had to buy a new one. This new one doesn't work and nobody will call back.
