I purchased a $2k 16 camera dvr system, have a problem with one camera not seeing in dark (night vision not working for some reason) wrote in to customer support for advice on Thursday (possibly something that can reset the fault)...and I am still waiting for some type of response

well all I can say is, live suppot is a joke, 3 times I tried to simply download a manual for their 4 channel system that I just purchased from home depot ! haven't even tried hooking up to my router. I have not tried calling yet because I simply wanted a copy of the manual. live support on their website is a complete joke. sorry to say but... edit.. well I don't know how all these good reviews coming out. I still have yet to get them on their website. no response at all. edit again, well I finally got through and it ended up being that I bought a system from home depot that is not supported, or should I say,no updates,cannot zoom at all, none,why have a camera that can see 100 ft but no way to zoom in.stupid. so im stuck with it because I already hardwired my house. so now im out 100,s of dollars because I never dreamed that their dvr dosent even have a software that I can install to at least zoom in my already recorded vids. I would be very careful ordering. I was told I need 4 mp cameras by tech support now,what a ripoff. cant connect to my puter either or even just get a manual. this system is no good for any kind of distance recording. what a joke and an expensive lesson for actually trusting a company. so tech support did nothing but confirm I cant zoom. can you say moneymaker.

i asked if i can return , i don't like this dvr

I placed a 4K order and recieved one of the items in bad condition. I called and sent an email and the person in customer service indicated he will send me the RME to return the item for replacement.....he never did or called back or answered my followup emails. Real bad service

I asked for a genuine REVO remote and they send me some generic fake one for 20 bucks and a 10,00 shipping charge for one I could have bought at a local store for 9.00. Very angry and the REVO tech they gave me phone number to...he charged me hundreds and hundreds and hundreds and the closest one was 3 hours away and I would NOT allow him in my house ever again

tried to set up account on line and because I ordered a system it telling me user is used already. so I have sent 2 or 3 password reset to email and never received them. god I hope I didn't waste money if there system won't even reset password

I made a purchase from you, emailed you with set-up questions as it is impossible to reach anyone via telephone, and have yet, weeks later, to receive a response. Horrible customer Service!
