I placed the order on aug 11
I placed the order on aug 11. It’s now Sept 2 and I’m still waiting on them to tell me what I can or can not have. Let me rewind and tell you I was made to remake my mold multiple times until I had enough. Then they decided that the mold was acceptable. Then I decided to change my order and go with the retainer verses the partial. They agreed and decided a week later that the partial wasn’t going to work but wanted to charge me $90 more. An entire week of not knowing the change would work for me. Now I’m back and forth with them after they tried to do a bait and switch on me. Not a very reliable company. I will not be using them again.

Hi Nikki, We’re very sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your experience. In order to ensure every appliance fits and functions as intended, it’s essential that we receive proper impressions. This is why we asked you to retake yours — crafting a dental appliance from impressions that don’t meet our standards would not provide you with a reliable result. Regarding the order change, once your impressions were in our lab, our technicians determined that an Essix retainer was not suitable in your case due to the limitations of the available dental structures. To provide you with a working solution, we offered the flexible partial, as it would be more suitable for your case and something we believed you would ultimately be more pleased with. Unfortunately, this determination can only be made once we have the physical models of your mouth. Since you chose not to move forward, we have processed your refund. We do appreciate you considering Revived Smiles and wish you the best moving forward. If you ever have questions or would like to revisit options in the future, please don’t hesitate to reach out. — The Revived Smiles Team
