Revived smiles is a complete waste of money. Spent $500+ on partials for them to not even last 8 months. This is without wearing them every day, nor while eating and following their care guide. A simple toothbrush cleaning mine caused them to break. And how do they stand behind their product? A 15% off coupon for a new order. Clearly my partials were either made with sub par materials or there was an issue in the manufacturing process. I could pay for a bridge from an actual dentist by the time I purchase this product twice. Save your money, go to the dentist or find a better company than this one

Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. The partial they sent was way oversized. We’ve had 22 emails back and forth and they refuse to send me a return label to have it fixed. $400 later and they will not help. Go without teeth rather than deal with this shit place. 0/10

I bought upper dentures and I thought I bought ones for ppl with teeth. I had bought several other brands and those didn't work out. When I received the top dentures I wanted to make sure they worked before buying the bottom ones.i put it in started to mold and all of a sudden they were hard. I know it was under the 3 min mark but. I didn't get to mold them so I have about an inch of top gums to the teeth so they are past half my mouth. There are rough edges and i have a hard time talking, eating and drinking. I have to wear a mask as I look like I should live in Whosville! I went to the ER they couldn't help. So, I went to a dentist and they took x-rays but they don't take my insurance. I wrote to the company they did refund my money. But advised me to go to the ER or a dentist. When I called other dentist that do take my insurance they didn't have enough knowledge about these kinds of dentures and said they don't feel comfortable fixing a diy situation. When I went back to the company they said "these are for people with no teeth and it states that in our instructions. I said for as serious as my situation is you should have that in bold letters in the header not instructions. But, all they said was good luck! So, they just expect another dentist to fix their issues but dentist won't take a chance on fixing them. I don't blame them. If this company just passing the buck and don't take every possibility into consideration they shouldn't get a patent!! They need to be able to help a customer in any situation! Not pass it on to someone else. So, it's been about a month and I'm still trying to get them off on my own. I'm using pliers now and that has only pulled some of the teeth out. Where do I go from here. I feel sick everyday and my mouth is all cut up.

I received an upper partial that caused me so much pain that I could not wear the partial. So, I informed this company and was told to mark the area that causes pain and give them a chance to fix it. Now, I ordered this partial in July 2026. It's Sept 2026. I sent back the partial and received the partial back with the same issues. painful and also not even fitting in my mouth incorrectly. I asked for a refund and now, I am getting no response about refund. This company does not honor their refund policy.

First of all the UPS shipping takes an ungodly long time. I sent in my impressions and upon finally receiving my partial it did not fit in my mouth. It got stuck in my mouth, causing me great pain, trying to remove it. Once I finally had it out of my mouth, I put it on top of the impression and you could clearly see that it did not fit. I spoke to customer service they offered to make me a new one. I ended up paying another $20 to speed up the shipping. Now two weeks later, they tell me that it’s in process of shipping. No one will answer my phone calls. It is just a disaster.. And I see that you responded to my review and the only thing you touched on was how ridiculously long the shipping took you made no mention of how poorly this thing was made nor did you address how it got stuck in my mouth!

No good! They just couldn’t get it right and denied my dispute! They tried to fix my partial 3 times to no avail! The last time they put a k9 in between two molars! I can’t close my mouth on the left side. Go to your dentist! I wasted almost $600 on these clowns! This is not dental professional work! It was getting to the point that even opening the received box pained me and depressed me so much I couldn’t do it because I knew it wouldn’t be made right! Now they are telling me to bad. I’m sending it back anyways…what difference does it make?! I already got ripped off on an item I couldn’t wear!

My experience with this company has been one of the worst I’ve ever had. I am a cancer patient and for over nine months I have been dealing with this company who has never provided proper dental appliances and yet refuses to return my money. I was able to purchase my dental appliances after starting a GoFundMe. My friends and family who are also people of normal means put together as much as they could to be able to help me through my journey with my illness and trying to bring my life back to normal after the side effects of the medication left me with damaged teeth. This company is not only taking advantage of me as a consumer, but also taking advantage of all of the generous people who donated to help me. They are not just keeping my money. They’re keeping the money of over 20 people. Not only did they send me the wrong appliance that did not fit correctly, but after requesting a refund immediately. They offered to send me a replacement already, knowing that they would never be providing me with the service that I paid for. This company is exploiting the most vulnerable population of our country. People who have very humiliating and embarrassing situations with their dental care and cannot afford to go to a regular dentist or maybe just cannot afford dental insurance. This company preys all those people like myself and then refuses to do the most simple thing a business can do with a dissatisfied consumer, which is returning their money for the service that they were never provided. My request seems simple but to this company it’s a major inconvenience that they are refusing to accommodate. I have filed several complaints with different boards within the state of California and I’m seeking legal assistance. It’s not about the thousand dollars it’s about the principle of being able to trust that if you pay for a service you’re gonna receive it and if you don’t receive that service, then they’re going to give you your money back. Do not trust this company.

Do not waist your money on the upper denture appliance. You are not given a choice of teeth or gum color. I received an upper denture that is absolutely horrendous, with gray translucent teeth and bubble gum pink gums that look a bad joke. I seen better Halloween teeth. Very dissatisfied!
