My home is paid for and my credit score is 7.6. I'm retired so my income is social security, easy decision right? Wrong, I still had to go through almost 3 months of red tape. Then at the closing they paid my homeowners ins, which I already paid. Plus this is a non escrow equity loan which means I pay my own insurance. They also added their name to my insurance policy before I signed the papers at the closing.

I am very pleased with all the work Ed Frankel did in helping me with the Reverse Mortgage. I give him an excellant rating.

I received my first statement and asked about a line item called “First Year Funds Available". The rep said that I could draw these funds. I went through the process as outlined on their website and was told that they did not receive the request. I asked to speak to a supervisor and submitted the draw request by email to him. After he reviewed it, I was told I could not draw these funds until the anniversary of my closing date. They have unqualified people working for them who can’t even explain the statement. I beg you, there are plenty of these companies around, go to a different company that employs qualified staff. My loan is 5 weeks old and I already regrets financing with these clowns.

Phillip has guided us through 2 reverse mortgages with ease. He is a delight to work with and quickly resolves hiccups as they arise. He is the best.
