Easy to work with
Easy to work with, straightforward and they did what they said they would do. Nice part is they paid for all closing costs and even had the closing attorney come to my home instead of me having to go to his office. Money came right away.

Ten years ago, my wife and I worked with Mary-Alice Cardenas in securing a Reverse Mortgage. When we recently decided to refinance our Reverse Mortgage we immediately thought of Mary-Alice because she was the only person back then we spoke with who explained everything thoroughly. Mary-Alice serves Marin County and the San Francisco Bay Area is now a Reverse Mortgage Specialist with Reverse Mortgage Funding LLC, whose headquartered in Bloomfield, NJ. She is assisted by an experienced and helpful Relationship Manager, Kelly Rhynehart. They teamed up to make the process, which could be daunting, doable.
