Great people working for you Your pipeline personnel and your administers are wonderful But its and fha gauranteed loan so the lawyers have a nightmare as well as the underwriters It took over 4 months mainly because of your appraiser and the R M educator who was outright dishonest . They should not be conteactedcfor again I have served as an L I C for the FDIC so i know the ropes Doug was in CA I m in Houston Finding a R M rep in Houston or Dalles would be better . But Doug was superb and the only reason i did not go to my Financial Home Fidelity when i was frustrated However i would recommend you to anyone who has a Net Worth under 3 million $ Which i do not Hang in there Tough deal working with GOV Len Ivins

I am surprised at how long the process has been to close my old account and open a new refinanced loan. Lots and lots of conditions were added along the way. The worst part of having to work with RMF is how inconsistent their servicing departments are. The same phone number for this department leads me either to a recorded message by someone who doesn't return my call promptly, (even though I am calling during business hours.) Or this phone number is answered by different departments throughout the US...Each servicing department has a different message. The servicing department is not coordinating within itself and thus provides very unreliable and inconsistent information to the client. And that is a very important part of the company.

The process was easy from start to finish. Loan closed in less than a month. Only reason I am not rating excellent is that the electronic signing system left a little to be desired but Kathreen and the team worked around that. Thoroughly recommend
