Reverse Mortgage
The large amount of paper work and required documents for a reverse mortgage can be overwhelming however Phil made it easy and efficent. I would recommend RFM to anyone looking for a reverse mortgage.

This has been such a truly, great experience!
This has been such a great, efficient and painless experience, I am just overwelmmed! Nathan and his team have been so great, I just cannot find the words how much it has meant to me. There is a mountain of paperwork with the reverse mortgage process but Nathan made it, I believe, as easy as possible. He completed it much more quickly than I had imagined. He has been extremely professional, but also very compassionate and accommodating! I, most certainly, will highly recommend him and his company to anyone I have the opportunity to do so.

We shopped around and decided to go…
We shopped around and decided to go with Reverse Mortgage funding because of their high approval rating, and a very straightforward honest response to our questions during the initial inquiry. Ed was very helpful, patient and kind working with my 94 year old father! Overall a pretty painless experience!
