The light works well while plein air painting nocturnes. Color balance is perfect and the ability to adjust the brightness makes it perfect for many light conditions. The battery lasts for plenty of time to complete paintings.

I paint with rev light almost every day while in my studio. I find the light to be good and true to color. I would recommend this light and do recommend this light to many of my students and collectors.

This is without a doubt the best picture light I have ever seen. Not only does it have a great quality light that illuminates the artwork better than any other light, it has all the benefits of LED. It doesn’t give off damaging UV, it doesn’t get hot and will last for years. The light is designed to fully illuminate the artwork. It does not concentrate light in one area like the old picture lights. It’s realyy the best!

This product is a game changer when it comes to revealing the artist’s work. Literally night and day when compared to anything else I’ve seen. If you own a fine artwork and you’re not using Revelite you’re not getting the most out of the work. I recall at a Plein Air competition and show they had an easel set up with Revelite. If a patron had an interest in a particular piece the artist would grab the painting off the wall, say “Follow me” and take the work over to be displayed with the benefit of the perfect Revelite. It showed the true colors and subtleties of the work and typically made the sale for the artist. That’s where I first saw this lighting system and I have since used it on all of the best pieces of my collection.
