Excellent customer support

From beginning to end it was a great experience. Excellent customer service and very quick response time. I ordered lenses for 2 pairs of sunglasses; one pair of Costa’s and one pair of Maui Jim’s. I wasn’t sure if I had ordered the correct lenses for my Costa’s, so I emailed support to find out. They responded very quickly, explained how to tell the difference between the “standard” and “pro”, then changed my order on their end because I had in fact order the wrong lenses. They were extremely helpful and walked me through the whole process. Would definitely buy from them again and would recommend to family and friends. Heather was the customer service representative that I dealt with and she was awesome!!!!

Great company. Very helpful in finding the replacement lens and giving you options. Shipping was fast and vidoes make it easy to learn how to replace. Fit, finish and look was perfect. Def recommend them.

My original Review wasnt very good. Revant customer service contacted me, apparently I had ordered the wrong lenses for my frames. After further research, Revant sent me a new lense that fit perfectly and was exactly what I was looking for. I was out no extra money for MY mistake. This is Excellent customer service.

The service, immediate follow up and resolution of my package that was delivered was extremely professional in all aspects. The delivery issues that I experienced was dealt with calmness, great attitude and a thoroughly sincere and thoughtful resolution. Perfect fit and good quality. Something happened to the lense and stained one not even 2 weeks in. Contacted revant and Ashley helped me out. New pair shipped that day! Great customer service! Will be a returning customer when the occasion arises again!

I had a problem with lenses and ear pieces fitting correctly; customer service stepped in to help and discovered that I had indicated the wrong style of sunglasses on my order; the mistake was totally my error, but Revant very kindly corrected my mistake at no additional cost to me!

Awesome company to do business with! Had an issue where one lens was loose in the frame and they sent a replacement, no questions asked. A+ experience!
