Hey Alex! We are very sorry for the fulfillment error, unfortunately the only option we have in this situation would be to ship the other item or set up a return. We are sorry to hear you had to pay duty fees again. We do mark our reshipments at a much lower price to try and avoid that, however we have no control over the charges from your country.

We post mostly all of the reviews we get, the only reviews we do not post publicly are reviews that include personal information, or information that would not apply to anyone else's order, and therefore can be confusing for customers.
