Awful customer service. Website claims fast and easy returns. That’s a lie. I spent over $45 for two dresses that were poor quality (loose strings and random pieces of cut fabric inside the bag) and way too short. Just wanted to return them and get my money back. They offered me $4 since they said return shipping was too costly for them since they’re in China. They offered one replacement which still was too short and again very poor cheap quality. So I basically lost my money to this! Plus shipping took over 2 months. Would NOT recommend!!!!!

Never ordering anything from you again , ordering details were very misleading, the 20% off never came off, I was charged 10.85 tax? , the free shipping is a pain to get the refund for all the ad promises. It's OVER a month from CHINA, and the customer service is by email only. They contuntinually blow smoke , lie and thank goodness I ordered from PayPal. Even that was a pain to get satisfaction with the AI BOT CHAT. Be warned, the sweet talk emails are a diversion that never ends.

WawaThe advertistement shows people setting these up with ease. First the manual's print is TINY! The online instructions weren't much clearer. Second, I couldn't get a response from support for help. So I will be returning these.

I trusted the advertisement and found the product to be misrepresented. It claimed to do something that it didn't do.

I'm trying and trying to have a discussion with this company and they avoid me. They charged me way more than the cost of the product said at checkout and when I inquired about it, they say it was a system error. Well if they have a system error with every order, they will get rich while stealing from us . Now they will not discuss cancelling my order. I requested the cancellation immediately and still no reply about that... I don't know about everyone else but I'm so sick and tired of these companies ripping us off TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Haven’t received item and says delivered and ordered almost a month ago

SCAM...STAY AWAY...BEWARE!! I purchased items through them. After 4 weeks of not being delivered, I asked them where my product was. They said they will check with the shipper. Then they said it was probably delayed in transit. Today, they said the product was returned to a wrong warehouse and that if I wanted the product, I would have to buy again. I said NO and asked for a refund, but they now ignore me.
