The knife sharpener works great. It took awhile to get it but they kept me informed as too it's progress.

Looks great very sturdy product and reasonably priced it was shipped to me in reasonable amount of time unfortunately I haven’t been able to use it yet, I received a wall charger for the American charger I need an Australian charger port. However I have been uncharged with the shipping company and are assisting with solving this problem but overall it will be fine.

Order and check out process was easy. Shipping was slow. Product recieved was not a new product, you could tell by the box that it had been opened, and product had been used before. It was not wrapped in the box with original plastic manufacturing plastic or bubble wrap. Product instruction manuel had been used with corners folded down. However it does appear to work so I have chosen not to return it because quite frankly, I don't need the hassel. Sorry, You wanted honest feedback so I'm giving it to you. I did not receive enough control valves. One valve did not fit. I would like to receive 4 replacement control valves, please.

Awful customer service. Website claims fast and easy returns. That’s a lie. I spent over $45 for two dresses that were poor quality (loose strings and random pieces of cut fabric inside the bag) and way too short. Just wanted to return them and get my money back. They offered me $4 since they said return shipping was too costly for them since they’re in China. They offered one replacement which still was too short and again very poor cheap quality. So I basically lost my money to this! Plus shipping took over 2 months. Would NOT recommend!!!!!

I got the delivery in a timely manner but the sizing is wrong...I want to send these back and get a refund...please

It seems like a good product. Shipping was a little long, but not too bad.
