When I contacted the company, they were extremely efficient in coordinating a change without any hassle. They responded promptly, and addressed my mistake both professionally and personally. I was very relieved and ultimately received the board at the correct address.

Not only is the bike (Joe Rev) way better than I expected, the customer service was top notch! I ordered it and it arrived in 1 day, I was able to set it up in less than an hour and I was out test riding it right away because the battery came fully charged. The bike is really high quality and I haven't had any problems with it. I live in the desert so I put Maxxi tires on it with tanus liner and thicker tubes because of the thorns here. Great bike!

We had a problem with a training wheel on a brand new 16”bicycle that was bought for our grandson. Zak, the Retrospec customer service rep was very helpful. The problem couldn’t be resolved with adjustments, so he sent us a new set of training wheels.

This was an easy warranty process. Just showed them the problem, gave them the serial number and it was taken care of quickly.
