Hey Jeopardy! THANK YOU for taking the time to drop this review and for giving us your honest feedback – that's the kind of pull we need to level up our game! 🙌 First off, we're SO GLAD you confirmed we're 100% legit – no scams here, just pure retro gaming and TCG goodness! 💯 Now, let's address the REAL TALK you brought to the table: 🔥 SHIPPING POLICY UPDATE - GAME CHANGER ALERT! 🔥 We heard you loud and clear, and guess what? WE'VE MADE SOME CRITICAL CHANGES to our shipping policy that are totally customer-focused! Your feedback helped us realize we needed to shuffle our deck and redraw our approach. Here's what's different NOW: ✅ Cards ACTUALLY GO INSIDE the protective gear (top loaders, sleeves – the works!) – because that's just common sense, right?! No more "here's protection... good luck figuring out why it's empty!" 😅 ✅ Shipping costs have been re-evaluated – we want you to feel like you're getting VALUE, not getting hit with a max elixir that whiffs! ✅ Better quality control on card conditions – we're tightening up our grading standards across the board! 👊 🤝 About Our Collective Partners: Real talk – we work with Collective Partner stores who share our same values and standards! It's not drop shipping; think of it more like a League of Awesome Card Shops teaming up to bring you the best selection possible! 🏆 We know you prefer everything from one spot, and we totally get that – we're working on streamlining the experience so it feels seamless for YOU! 💬 About That Duskull... We dove into the archives and checked out your Duskull order (GG28/GG70 - Crown Zenith Galarian Gallery). We noticed it was actually listed as "Damaged Holofoil" in the listing – so the bend, while unfortunate, was part of the disclosed condition. 👻 THAT SAID – we totally understand the frustration! If there was any confusion about the listing or if you feel the damage was beyond what you expected, please reach out to us directly! We want to make sure you're happy with every card in your collection, even the budget pickups! 💙 🌟 We Want to Earn That 5th Star! Jeopardy, we're hoping these changes show you that we're committed to being the MVP of your TCG shopping experience. We'd LOVE the chance to prove it to you on your next order – and maybe, just maybe, earn that ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ review upgrade? 😊🙏 Thanks again for helping us evolve – just like a Pokémon, we're always looking to reach our final form! Keep collecting, keep gaming, and GG! 🎴🕹️ – The Retro Gaming of Denver Crew 💚🎮
