You demanded a review, so here it is, but you won’t like it!
Your advertising states that you test every game before shipping to make sure that it works properly. Yet the game that I ordered arrived with only one of the two discs required to play it. I called customer service and received a great response. However, that was eight days ago and I still haven’t received the disc needed to complete the order. I have, however, received about five or six requests to rate my purchase experience. So here it is. I’m not pleased and my grandson, for whom the game was purchased, is greatly disappointed as well. If you had tested the product prior to shipping, as advertised, this would have been avoided. It’s a shame that you didn’t do as advertised. Ed

Hello Edward, the replacement game is in transit and arrived at the NORTH PLATTE NE postal distribution center and should be delivered to you tomorrow. I understand your frustration and all but once the issue was brought to our attention we sent another one out to you, which was on May 28. It appears that USPS is a bit behind on getting the package to you though. We hope you will edit your review once you receive the replacement, again please accept our apology for any inconvenience that this issue has caused. JD

Tried to believe in a small business…
Started wanting to collect classics from the past I bought a Xbox 360 original Xbox Wii U ps2 PlayStation 3. Xbox had multiple problems still fans sound high and bad sent back for a fix still bad. Wii U batteries had to be swapped out still won’t hold a charge longer than 30 min. 360 stopped working. Ps2 disk tray sticks. I’d sent great controllers back with the systems to get ones that were horrible back. One was a fake. PS3 arrived looking like it was dropped on the corner. Only right that was done ..the bad 360.. the owner switched out for a newer working model that’s since has been great. To say the least I have the 360 Wii U original Xbox left. Nobody will buy the Xbox cause it sounds like an airplane. I ultimately decided it’s a headache to own these systems with all the problems regret the purchase cause all the issues. Btw I was told it was always the same tech. My suggestion is to fire him. Owner is pretty nice but I gave up sending back and forth systems.
