I was able to get my item and do curbside pickup! Finding some of the more rare retro gaming devices is great!

I’m sad to leave this review because I was really excited after finding this store, but my experience has been like pulling teeth. I ordered Pokemon: Explorers of Sky on August 2nd and was told it’d be delivered by August 8th. I saw that a label was created but the updates for delivery stopped there and I have not received the package. I began to reach out around August 15th and since then it has been pretty much impossible to get any communication.
I have used the chat box, called, and emailed—and with the latter I did finally get a response asking if I wanted a replacement or return to which I responded almost immediately and haven’t heard anything after.
I understand that they probably aren’t constantly checking their email, but I would take even just an “ok” after four days of silence at this point. I’m glad that I didn’t order something very expensive like a console. I hope that my experience here is just an outlier due to me being unable to physically pick up the game.
