Hi Skye, This is a serious allegation, but it is false and misleading. Retrogamingfun.com is not affiliated with “Retrosnap Play” and we have not “closed down” any site to reopen under a new name, as you claim. If you are a genuine customer of Retrogamingfun.com, please provide your order reference via our official support channels so we can verify your purchase and assist you properly. If you cannot provide any proof of a transaction with our store, we ask that you remove or correct this review, as it is damaging to our reputation and does not reflect a real experience with our business. We reserve the right to take appropriate actions to protect our brand against false statements. Thank you.

None existent customer service &…
None existent customer service & delivery timescales don't match their website promises. Still waiting for a response on an order made early January that looks to be stuck in China/airport customs. Consumer rights, if my purchase breaks, out of the window I imagine

Hi Gary, We’ve reviewed this order and we must clarify that the statements in this review are not accurate. Carrier tracking confirms the parcel was delivered on 17 January 2026 (17:36). We do have an active customer support team and we respond via the official channels listed on our website and order confirmation. Our delivery timeframes are clearly stated and, in this case, the order was delivered within the expected period. If you believe there is still an issue (e.g., safe-place delivery, third-party acceptance, or address-related problem), please contact our support with your order reference so we can investigate with the carrier immediately. Thank you.

Scam
Scam. Don’t buy. This company was created because they didn’t fulfill their products and had horrible customer service (actually none) under their last company’s name: RetroSnap.

Hi Liz, This review contains serious allegations, but it is misdirected. Retrogamingfun.com is not “RetroSnap” and we have no connection with that entity. As written, this review is misleading and harms a business that is not the subject of the complaint. We request immediate removal/correction. If the reviewer claims to be our customer, they must provide a valid order reference via our official support channels so we can confirm the purchase. Failing that, we will take the necessary steps, including legal measures, to protect our brand against false and unrelated statements. Thank you.
