Waited a long time for order
Waited a long time for order , order got missed then took a few days in delivery. Hesitant to order again unfortunately.

Hey there, Thank you for your honesty leaving this review. As much as it sucks reading this, I totally understand and would be the same if I was in your position. When you placed your order there was site maintenance taking place on the backend of our system; this meant that notifications weren't correctly flagging orders until a day or 2 later. When you sent in the email asking the question 'where's the order' it puzzled me, however if you hadn't had emailed in then the issue wouldn't have been highlighted - thank you. As a small business this is one of many challenges which has cropped up (many more undoubtedly will do) however one which has been learnt from. Usually we're class. It sound's big headed but it's true, but on this occasion the usual standard hasn't been met. I'd love for you to give my business another try. If there's a shirt currently on the website (or that crops up) please email me and I'll be more than happy to arrange a further discount.
