Hi Christoph, Please remove this misleading review. We are retrofootballshirts.com, you've ordered from a company called retrofootball-shirts.com who sell fake football shirts. We're being plagued by incorrect reviews directed for them, not us. We specialise in AUTHENTIC football shirts from the 80's, 90's and current era. You'll find us on Whatnot streaming 5-6 times a week and will also find us organising the largest UK football shirt fair, Retro Football Fair. Hi Robert, Please remove this misleading review. Having checked the order records we haven't received an order from a 'Robert' for months. I believe the site you're referencing is below: https://retrofootball-shirts.com/ Recently we've been affected by their inability to fulfill orders alongside selling fake merchandise. Unfortunately with them having a very similar name to ourselves, their customers unfortunately leave misleading reviews on our trustpilot. Hey Enrique, Thanks for taking the time leaving a review. We have multiples in stock of the Schalke shirt however I believe yours not being sent has been a packing error. If you would’ve reached out I would have been happy to refund the shirt and send a replacement free of charge. Due to Black Friday week being our busiest ever period I’m not surprised a mistake has happened which I can only apologise for. As standard a refund will be processed - please provide your PayPal and I’ll sort this today. I’m surprised you didn’t reach directly before leaving 1* because this could’ve easily been resolved. I do find some of your comments damaging due to there being multiples of the shirt. I've replied to your review on TILT aswell for visibility. Any questions or concerns please reach out. We promptly replied at 3:59pm advising we'd look into the issue, a follow up email was received at 16:06 which stated the below: ****************************************************** Hey Rodrigo, I've just been advised that Royal Mail Intl service has been suspended for 2 weeks due to a cyber attack - if I had been advised at the time of it being sent I would've let you know.
