Customized Nostalgia!
I found Retro Drive last September. I have a RetroPi but while great it was not able to play the games I really wanted. After communicating through email and getting the details down, I now have the Nvidia Shield with a custom 1tb HD and a library I hand selected making the machine unique. The Customer Service and Experience is Exceptional! If you are serious about Retro Games, this is the spot to have your own unique Retro Drive System built!

Glitchy system
Glitchy system. Case not what pictured. Bait & switch tactic. Zero instructions. YouTube instructions just play video of game being played. Voiced my concerns, did get reply, but no word on solutions. Do not buy!!

Initially swapped the black plastic case for a clear one just because of inventory but we were more than happy to upgrade to the Standard system free of charge so there was no confusion. Though we are not sure if this system will be exactly what Brian is looking for, we are still happy to let him test other systems and of course return the product if that is the preferred route. Sorry about the initial confusion though we are in communication working towards a solution now.

Wireless controllers wont work if not…
Wireless controllers wont work if not plugged in and are supposed to be wireless and cords so short won't have brought if i would have know this

Great but Customer Service needs work
The product itself is absolutely amazing. I really missed playing these old games that I used to play all the time when I was growing up. The ONLY reason this isn't getting 5 stars is they could use some work on their customer service. Been trying to figure out how to get the Dreamcast games to work and still haven't heard any feedback. Otherwise, great product.

At first I received the wrong controller. But after I reached out to them. They sent me the right one. A+ customer service. Thanks again.

Very sorry we were busy over the post holiday season and hired someone new on for shipping. Though we normally break the controllers down before shipping them this is only meant for system orders and not single controller orders. We are sorry to have fallen short here but hopefully the new in box replacement does a little bit to make up for it.
