I hired this scum scam company to build a mobile app for my company and it turned into the worst experience of my life. They are liars and thieves. They start out with good performance until they get all they can from you and then the nightmare begins. Please dodge this company as if you were able to dodge a bullet because it will save you everything.

I strongly advise caution when dealing with this company. My experience has been extremely disappointing, as they failed to deliver the product I paid for, despite significant payment. Additionally, they have not provided the code or issued a refund for incomplete work. To make matters worse, they were three years behind schedule. Although I was directed to communicate with Andrew Hales to resolve the matter, after nine months of correspondence, I have encountered nothing but delays, manipulation, dishonesty, and a lack of responsiveness to most of my emails. I would recommend avoiding this company entirely.

RetroCube even lies whenever they post responses to consumers post who are unhappy with their treacherous business practices. They do NOT respond and they offered me no refund even though they stole thousands from our company and after over a year, they continue to lie and post falsehood claiming what they did to resolve the matter. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!

Hi Wayne, Hope you're doing well. We truly apologize for the inconvenience caused from our end. We discussed this with the support team and needed the necessary APIs from your end to make your app function as you wanted. Purchasing the required APIs is not something we do. The steps were shared with you on how to go about purchasing the APIs. However, some delays were experienced from your end, which resulted in an untimely delivery through us. Also, our team has already responded to you in this regard. Thanks,
Wayne K.
This company is not to be trusted. They work very hard to get your business and have talented individuals on the front end who are great at making the sell. However, the quality of service falls off a cliff once the project implementation begins. I entered into an agreement with them to build a website for my company. It was supposed to be delivered within 50 to 70 business days. Over five months later, not a single thing has been delivered and no responses to my multiple communications to Matthew J. Rhame who is identified as their Associate Vice President and the signer on the software agreement. My business suffered because we weren’t able to launch over the holiday season. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

If 0 was an option it would be it. This is by far the absolute worst company that promised us nothing but lies, and did kindergarten-style coding. We wasted over a year of time and tons of money for them to end up giving us a full refund and giving us nothing. BUYER BEWARE!! I’m posting this to make consumers and business owners alike aware that they should USE SOMEONE ELSE besides this company. BUYER B E W A R E - SHOP AROUND FIRST
