He was responsive, patient, and proactive, checking in regularly, flagging issues before they became problems, and offering clear, practical solutions. Thanks to Lenny’s guidance, the setup was smooth, the assistant works exactly as I hoped, and I feel confident maintaining it going forward. Couldn’t be happier with the experience.

No customer support whatsoever, you need to join a Discord as their help desk and they never reply. They simply started charging without any consent after trail and sending invoices, completely dysfunctional company.

Awful. Way too complicated to figure out anything. Everything is a pain. I gave up when I found out that to make a call, not only would I have to create a (pay) phone number, but after that, they wanted my f'ing passport. They make deleting your account and stopping billing ridiculously complicated, and hard to tell if you even succeeded, and hard to get a human to verify anything. DO NOT USE.

Not sure why this company is on Trustpilot UK. Their platform is unusable in the UK. Don't waste your time
