Honestly, it's great you guys have made it so easy for people to make ai voice agents, but your support system was very tricky, since I emailed you guys and the only response I got was from your Ai who kept repeating the same 4 links to help me, which wasn't actually helping me. The SMS is a little tricky but that may just be me, regardless everything else is great, and very simple.

As a fullstack developer tinkering with Retell AI, their approach to transparency, user experience, and developer tools always leaves a feeling of high quality for me. When issues occur, they are quick to respond. And I appreciate their ticketing and customer support system, which is well integrated with AI at this point. The only constructive feedback I'd offer is that I'd like a little bit more control over AI testing.

I have tried a few of the other tools to make voice AI agents and I genuinely prefer Retell over the others. The agents themselves with the same prompt perform better in Retell in terms of the connectivity, latency and audio quality in my experience. The one feature that another provider has that I wish Retell did as well is the directly free phone number in the platform. That way I could make Demos way more easily just by connecting the Retell phone number directly and wouldn't have to use Twilio or a similar service just to set up demo calls.

Easy to understand, it has a lot of useful features to build complex agents for calls.
