L’editor visuale/no-code rende rapido il prototipaggio, mentre le API permettono integrazioni avanzate per i casi più tecnici. La qualità del TTS è molto valida e la piattaforma offre meccanismi di fallback per mantenere la voce anche in caso di problemi con un provider. Retell dichiara e ottimizza la latenza per conversazioni real-time — nella pratica la fluidità è ottima nella maggior parte dei casi, anche se la latenza finale dipende dal provider TTS/LLM e dal canale telefonico usato.
