I've tried all the Voice Ai tools. I judge them based on how well the Ai voice sounds. Retell has by far the most "human" sounding Ai voice agents. Plus they're highly customizable. From an Enterprise perspective, they do not charge you more to sign a BAA and be HIPAA compliant, like Vapi does. So that's a huge cost savings for those dealing with regulated industries.
