Very Easy to Use and made my life much easier

I’ve been using Retell AI to build a live AI receptionist for a real hotel environment, and overall the platform is very powerful. The voice quality, latency, and call handling are genuinely impressive, especially for real-time phone conversations. The agent configuration is flexible, and once things are set up correctly, it feels production-ready rather than a demo toy. That said, Retell is not beginner-friendly. Post-call data extraction, webhooks, and integrations (especially with automation tools like Make) require strong technical understanding. If you don’t fully understand event schemas and payloads, you’ll struggle at first. Documentation could be clearer around post-call analysis and webhook data structures. Support is responsive, and once you understand how the system thinks, everything clicks. For serious builders, hotels, call centers, or AI operators, Retell is one of the strongest voice AI platforms available right now. Not plug-and-play but very powerful if you know what you’re doing.
