Retainers DirectReviews of retainersdirect.com

This was a very useful and painless expansion of online services. Called a few dentists to get rates and then found 3 online vendors. Retainers Direct had the best website with detailed and clear explanations. Molds arrived quickly and were easy to use. The retainers arrived in two weeks. Fit was great. Son has now been wearing his for over 2 weeks and has no complaints. Super!

The process is very simple and relatively quick! Very happy with the decision to go through Retainers Direct The good: Quick shipping, easy to follow instructions, handwritten note delivered with retainers regarding the accuracy of impressions taken and retainer information. Nice case fo hold retainers included as well What could be better: Communication after sending in retainers. I didn't get any notification that my impressions had been received/if the impressions were adequate nor when the final product was shipped to my location. I think this could be an easy addition to improve the customer experience. Overall would highly recommend going through Retainers Direct!!

Honestly, I was a little nervous when going to order from retainers direct, but they were awesome! They shipped out my impressions kit immediately and I got it within two days of ordering it. I sent it back and again, they were sure to ship out my retainer within just a few days of receiving my impressions! unbelievable how quick it was!! my retainer fits perfectly, and they sent me a little box to keep it in so I can’t lose it! Good prices, too. I recommend retainers direct to anyone in need.

Not too hard to do the impressions and the retainers fit and are good quality!

Retainers Direct was very patient and helped me to get the perfect fitting retainer at less than 1/2 the price I had to pay for the one I had to replace. They provided personalized service and provided a high quality product! I highly recommend them!

I am very happy with the retainers I got from Retainers Direct. Product is superb, service was professional, and the dentist was personable. Highly recommended!

Unbelievable quality! I thought it was a risk ordering retainers online, but who know we are capable of taking perfect impressions at home! Great service, quick delivery, it even included a hand-written thank you note and an extra retainer case - just flawless.

This is my new “to go” spot for retainers. Very affordable, great fit, excellent quality, timely service with a personal written card from the fabricator of the retainer. All this from the comfort of your own home. What is there not to like?
