Receptionist and doctor took their own time out of their day to look at the images of my impressions that I texted to them to see if they were accurate enough to make a retainer before they were sent back. I was hesitant to purchase a service like this online, but for the price vs what our ortho charges I had to try it out. I am so pleasantly surprised. I was honestly really hesitant about buying a replacement retainer online, but I'm really glad I took a chance and worked with Retainers Direct. Their prices are very good, the impression kit and instructions are clear and helpful, and the retainer quality is top of the line. The first top retainer I got didn't fit onto my teeth well at all, even after I tried to sand down some edges to make it fit, but since the bottom fit very well, I contacted customer service instead of deciding it was an expensive failed experiment. Customer service and Dr. Haltom were super friendly and very helpful and had me take another impression (with the leftovers of my original kit) and the new top retainer fits beautifully. Retainers Direct was a joy to work with and I appreciate their hard work.
