My retainers fit very well! The only imperfection is that the plastic covering my front, bottom 4 teeth is nearly half the thickness of the rest. I trimmed where there was discomfort and they fit great. Thank you so much Retainers Direct for providing excellent service in helping me making my impressions and working timely.

Retainers fit great! They are a bit thicker than Invisalign so doesn't look as natural. Also causes me to speak with a bit a of lisp. These problems are irrelevant if you're going to wear these only at night. Also the price is so worth it if these are the only issues :)

My experience with Retainers Direct was ok. The process was quick and easy, shipping was super fast, and Darren was very responsive and very friendly and helpful during all correspondence. Personally, I had some issues with my retainers. They weren't quite fitting right. And when I compared them to my old retainers from my orthodontist (which fit like a glove) the teeth on the new retainers were noticeably smaller. I wore them for a few weeks but my bite feels a little off so I stopped wearing them. I already went back and forth with Retainers Direct about it, and they already sent me a replacement (which I really appreciate) but it's still a little off so I'm moving on. This could totally be a personal issue or some issue with the way I did my impressions. Again, customer service was great and so was the quality of the retainers. I might just need a professional to do my impressions to get it right.

Great service overall. The mold was easy to do and send for the replacement. I did get a few email notifications that the retainer was already delivered when it was not (perhaps a USPS error) and that created confusion. I had a very unhelpful conversation with a strange customer service representative thus not a 5 star review but other than that the fit is good. Very tight fit but I'm hoping that it will loosen over time. I'd recommend to a friend just don't call them.

The at-home impressions were so easy to do if you followed directions in the box and watched the video suggested. I even sent them a picture to check if my impressions were good (as offered in the box) and they responded within 2 hours! After I sent the impressions in the mail, the retainers came back relatively fast (within a week!) which included a tough and ventilated case along with the retainers. They fit my teeth perfectly and feel "higher-end" in a sense, however, they are cut higher than other clear retainers I've seen meaning the retainers go past your teeth and halfway up/down your gums. As a result of this greater length of plastic, you will have slight impressions of the retainer edge in your gums if worn for a long period of time (at least in my case). This is hardly an issue though and makes the retainers overall more durable and less flimsy. If my retainers were to break again, I would definitely come back to these guys. Tl;Dr: Great quality and affordable retainers but the edge of retainers may go further into gums than expected.

They are good quality retainers. Nice flexible material but strong. I had a personal issue because they were so tight they hurt my gums and teeth and I know how they should feel because I’ve had a clear aligner before. I don’t think this is how all of them are, I simply just had a personal issue and they needed to be trimmed a little. Overall nice quality for the price, they are good retainers.
