I was a little concern if this is going to work. I received my retainer and it does fit good. All you need to do is to watch their Perfect Impressions Instructions Video many times until you feel comfortable. The tip is that you need to put the Impression ALL THE WAY IN then push it up, DON"T MOVE BACK/FORWARD WHILE PUSHING IT UP, then you will be fine. This is a reliable website and very good customer services, highly recommended.
