I placed an order after having an "incident" with our dog and my daughters retainers and due to the COVID-19 shut down her orthodontist was not able to help. The impression kit came quickly and was so easy to use. Her retainers also arrived super quickly and were a bit loose. We reached out and had a return call within 5 minutes. The doctor got on the line and sent us pictures of her impressions which he said were perfect but he had a suggestion for how he could make them tighter and he would make a new set. That was on Friday - her new retainers just showed up this morning (Monday) and fit perfectly. I cannot say enough good things about Retainers Direct - they are committed to customer service! I was extremely skeptical about ordering retainers online, but my daughter was concerned over not having retainers to wear so we thought we would give it a shot and honestly I don't think I'll ever order retainers from her orthodontist again. These fit just as well and were obviously significantly less expensive. And the customer service was more than we could have even hoped for. Don't be hesitant to order from this company - they truly are 5 star!!

The whole process was easy and I actually got my retainer in the same amount of time as I got my last one from the orthodontist. So far, so good. Very happy with my choice.

The bottom of first set of molds we produced were not good enough to make a retainer. We had suspected that before sending but we sent pictures to Retainers Direct and were told that the molds looked good. Therefore we sent them in. Upon being told later that the bottom was not good enough, I wasn't surprised but was a bit disappointed. Retainers Direct did send us another complimentary impression kit so things worked out in the end. Overall it was a good experience and about what I expected from a mail order system. The turnaround time was quite good, especially during the Corona pandemic. The savings over using a local orthodontist was likely over $500. I will use this company if I need other retainers.
