Their service was so fast! I got my retainers in less than 2 weeks. Should’ve done this as soon As they got lost in the first place. The box that the kit came in was so cute and easy to follow. Little tip that I thought more people could use is not to do the mold impression right after eating as it could induce gag reflex. All in all, would highly recommend Retainers Direct! 👍🏽👍🏽

It was easy and the retainers are a good quality product. I used a different company in the past and the retainer cracked in 6 spots. This was due to the material, or lack of, they used. Smiledirect's retainers are way more durable and I would defiantly tell others to use them for this purpose. Very Happy with the results.

My 14-year-old son pulled them out of the box saying, "Wow, fancy!" popped them in and said, "Thanks mom.." You made his day and mine. THANK YOU!

I've been shopping online for awhile, trying to find a reasonably priced business with whom to purchase replacement retainers. In addition to reading the reviews on this site, I also did a search via Google Earth to determine if this place was "real". Other places I had looked into, indicated they were BBB Accredited and weren't and who provided a street address and were not located where they said they were and their products were much more expensive. After doing my research, I discovered that Haltom Orthodontics in Albuquerque, NM was real and located at the address they provided. Thank goodness as I was getting desperate as my old retainers had serious cracks in them and weren't going to last much longer. I ordered the kit, did the impressions, sent them back and today I received my new retainers that fit snuggly and comfortably as requested. I am thoroughly impressed with the entire process from beginning to end. In addition to doing what they said they'd do, they also followed up with emails to let me know they had received my impressions, were working on my retainers and let me know when they had shipped. They shipped out last Thursday and I received them today, on Monday along with a nice note from Darren. I would highly recommend retainersdirect.com services. Thank you so much!!
